Pet King Brands, the parent company of use-at-home enzymatic pet healthcare brands, Zymox Dermatology and Oratene Brushless Oral Care for affected ears, skin, and mouths, has added Josef Mass, eCommerce director to its growing management team and Alexa Neumann, veterinary sales representative to its national sales team.

“Josef Mass and Alexa Neumann bring high levels of expertise in their respective areas to position Pet King Brands for continued growth,” stated Pamela K Bosco, president and founder of Pet King Brands, in a company release.1 “We are so pleased they have joined us. Their contributions will strengthen our constantly evolving multichannel sales strategies and our eCommerce program helping to accelerate our growth and ultimately help more animals.”

According to the release, Mass is an experienced information technology executive with an over 20-year background in eCommerce, marketing, and business development for consumer products in the national and international sphere. His last positions were with Alliance Consumer Group, Mike’s Cigars, and Xophia LLC. He will take on directing the eCommerce operations and strengthening the strategies of the platform.

With a passion for animals, Neumann’s career spans over 20 years collaborating with clinicians in the animal health field.1 She has specialized in sales and offering insight and solutions to leverage patient care at Skywriter DVM and Miller Veterinary Supply. She will further assist the veterinary community and facilitate Pet King Brands’ education and outreach initiatives.

Since its initiation in 1998, Pet King Brands has continuously expanded. This year, it debuted corporate offices in Austin, Texas and grew its ZYMOX product family by launching new grooming, equine, and dermatology products for cats and kittens. In the first quarter of 2023, the company plans to release species-specific products for reptiles, birds, small mammals, and exotics.
