Petco announces small-town and rural retail test concept

Petco Health and Wellness Company announced today it will launch Neighborhood Farm & Pet Supply pet care centers, a community-driven test concept to better serve the health and wellness of pets living in small towns and rural communities

The pet cares centers will serve as brand-new stand-alone locations within small towns and rural communities. The new centers will provide the communities they are in with a one-stop shop for not only companion animals but farm animals as well. At these locations, customers will be able to find¹:

Throughout 2022, a handful of Neighborhood Farm & Pet Centers will open throughout 2022 with the first location opening in Floresville, Texas June 17, 2022. The company will also partner with Petco Love to offer adoption services as well as other health and wellness programs within the Neighborhood Farm & Pet Supply centers.
