Paul Kline, DVM: I like to think of ourselves as what we would call a client-centric practice model, as opposed to maybe what I would label a...pet-centric model. At the end of the day, we're a people business. What we do is around animals, but we do it for people...Serving [customers] while we get to take care of their animals is really at the core of what we do, and it's part of our values...I mean, we're not the only ones that serve clients. We're a caring profession, and most veterans do that, but we try to emphasize that and be intentional around that.
