Get this look. Seriously, we want you to steal these veterinary hospital designideas.
Things look a little different in the supplement this year-hopefully in a way you'll love. Taking a cue from design magazines and websites, we've revamped this year's Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Supplement. In-depth features about this year's six Merit Award winners (you saw the Hospitals of the Year in the March issue, right?) get into the nitty-gritty of what you can actually apply to your veterinary hospital. We showcase big, beautiful photos and point you right to the things you can steal … err, consider in your own remodel, renovation or build. From interior decorating to storage and traffic flow-even some Fear-Free design tips-our goal is to help you get a solid start to your building or redesign process.
Of course, the supplement isn't the only thing that's changing. The 2015 Veterinary Economics Hospital Design Conference Aug. 26 to 28 at CVC Kansas City takes a page from this new approach as well. Whether you're working with a multimillion-dollar budget from the beginning, planning a budget-conscious revision or just spending the last few thousand on interior design touches, the conference's three days will have what you need. This year each day will have a specific focus-Plan, Build and Decorate-to spark your inspiration.
So take a look and let us know what you think. Do you like the new look? Did you put something into practice for your own hospital? Do you have more questions? Send us an email at ve@advanstar.com. We look forward to hearing from you.
