Tail HQ, NaVetor cloud software’s mobile app for pet parents, now available
Allows pet owners to better manage their pet’s health, benefiting veterinarians and their clients
Patterson Veterinary Supply, a subsidiary of Patterson Companies, has released a new mobile app for pet owners called Tail HQ, which features “self-serve” abilities that empower pet owners to manage their pet’s health. The app is included with a subscription to NaVetor, Patterson’s veterinary cloud practice management software.

“NaVetor cloud-based veterinary software now comes with both a mobile app for the practice and a mobile app for pet-owner clients,” expressed Christal Hahn, director of commercial software, Patterson Veterinary, in a company release.1 “All three tools work together to streamline efficiency and improve communication. It’s a win-win-win for busy veterinary practices and their clients.”
Tail HQ allows pet parents to easily access reminders of upcoming services due, obtain health and rabies certificates, schedule appointments, and interact with veterinarians and staff members. From the practice side, veterinary staff can receive client inquiries and respond directly through NaVetor cloud software or the NaVetor mobile app.
Tail HQ works seamlessly in tandem with NaVetor cloud software and the NaVetor mobile app for practice staff (where they can complete most client-facing tasks, from check-in to check-out, on a phone or tablet) in streamlining tasks, reducing staff workloads, enhancing efficiency and client compliance, and offering an improved client experience.1
NaVetor has released a special offer for the release of Tail HQ, including both mobile apps plus a free data conversion for any orders before June 30, 2023.
